This is an eccentric Ethiopian or Yemeni tower ring with a flower repousse pattern on a disk perched on a long neck. It is circa the 1950s or 1960s made of base metals. The shank is wide and has some roping decoration. The band has a little nick at the back.  Made of base metals.

Quite a small ring being size 5 in its middle. Its face measures 2.5 cm or 1" in diameter and is raised 1.5 cm or just over 1/2" in height.
